At fasset® we resolutely opt for smooth communication with our customers. With advice on site, we can use our experience to pitch the right proposals to the customer to immediately make the right quotation. We are not a conduit for orders, we make all textile products in-house and send our own skilled workers to sites for installation.
Because we do not want to be the cheapest in everything, but opt for solidity, flexibility and interiors that perfectly match your wishes, we find personal and professional communication very important. At fasset® you have one point of contact throughout the entire process from advice and sales to installation and follow-up. Never from pillar to post, but always personal contact with your contact person.
This allows us to know your file in detail and to monitor it closely. This is a given for us, but according to our customers it is truly an unprecedented luxury in the world of construction.
We will come on site to look at the possibilities, show you various materials and discuss different options with you. Of course you can also come to our showroom to browse through the many samples of curtain fabrics, sun blinds or discuss your plans.
We measure everything accurately and record technical requirements. Based on our conversation and your preferences, we will make a clear price quote with the different products and variations.
Of course, all that technical and aesthetic advice still needs to be worked out. To ensure that you can enjoy your interior for many years to come, we are also happy to take care of the installation. This is done by experienced and skilled ‘installers’ who honor the quality of the product by installing it in good order, in the right place and in accordance with the agreements made.
Fasset® has been making people happy with beautiful interiors since 1983. Since Rony Himpe founded the company, we have been known for 4 decades as a solid and competitive supplier and executor with expertise in installations with textiles, acoustics, (window) coverings and (indoor) sun blinds .
